(easy-mmode-define-global-mode): Use find-file-hook instead of find-file-hooks.
(define-minor-mode): Get rid of this silly `togglep'.
Add an explicit `toggle' argument (used for interactive calls).
Emit a warning when a nil argument turns the mode off.
